Probably will work fine for Yamaha dt250 just have to put them on and see.

Item is just as described, no issues. I installed the new points in my '78 Yamaha DT250 after a quick comparrison with the old (stock) points and there wasn't any difference besides the wear on the old ones. After install and setting the timing the bike fired right up and runs like a champ. I've only got about 30 miles on it since install, but I don't percieve any issues with these points and I would reccomend them to anyone looking to replace their OEM points on their vintage Yamaha Enduro.
