I give it 3 stars because it’s a nice pot.. heats upQuick… but there should be a removable inside pan to put cheese… would be more convenient and easy to clean.. sucks this one doesn’t come with it!

Seems like a great product so far. Quick to heat up a #10 can of cheese, pump works well so far. The minor draw back is plastic hardware holding the pump to the lid. It even came with a brush to clean the tube.

Kept the cheese warm all day, no gloppy mess all over the table and once cooled it was easy to clean and put back together. Wish the insert bought to go with it would work with the lid but that's nothing against the warmer itself. Would recommend to anyone and purchase again.

The warmer was great for a while. I think about 8 months. In fact I replaced it w the same one in case I have trouble again. It suddenly started oozing cheese pot of the top, and no matter what I tried for 3 months, it would not stop. So I broke down and bought another one

This works fantastic and heats up pretty quickly. Leaving it on setting 2 or 3 is about perfect for all day use. Just don't forget to keep water in the bottom of it. If the pump is not working well, add water to the bottom under the cheese can and it will work immediately!

I was sooooooo excited to get this for my birthday!! We had lotsa nachos and it worked great right out of the box. We went to have another nacho night and the pump quit working. You couldn’t press down on it AT ALL. We took it apart and cleaned it, worked fine with soapy warm water. Put it back in the cheese and nothing. I’m so sad😩
