Good adhesive backing value for money. Nothing to dislike.

As a hobby I build scenic slot car layouts, I used to use preformed plastic track such as Scalextric or Carrera. For the last year or so I've been routing the slot that guides the car and this double sided self adhesive copper tape is brilliant! It's so easy to apply and has excellent conductivity, best of all it is very reasonably priced and very durable.

What a great value and price for these 2 huge rolls of copper foil tape. We just starting a stained-glass class and needed this to do our projects. We didn't want to invest a lot of money, so we were looking for quality and value. This tape definitely fit the bill. I couldn't be happier.

Copper is a bit thin but the foil works well and the adhesion is excellent. The price is a bargain.

First of all, this tape is super thin, which makes it much harder to get smoothed properly onto your glass (it tears constantly). If you do persevere, the glue that bonds the tape to the glass melts and comes unbonded as soon as you get it hot with a soldering iron. I had to completely restart the assembly of my first project with it because glass pieces kept falling out of their little copper tape sheaths. Save yourself the headache and get better copper tape!

It is a great alternative for leading your windows other than the more expensive lead. It looks very decorative and amazing. It looks like gold lead except it isn't and it is much easier to work with. You can just tear it with your hands and it stays stuck to the windows. Very pleased with this stuff. My windows look very posh.

I used this to make snail barriers for my garden plants. Bought a roll of 8" wide galvanized sheeting, cut that down the middle to make 2 4" strips, and formed them into large circles to surround my tomato plants (pressing bottom edge into the soil). On each circle, I added a line of the copper foil about 1" below the upper edge, and another foil line about 1/4" below that one, so a snail crawling across those would encounter the edges of both. Checking for a voltage differential (like "tasting" a 9V battery), across the zinc/copper edges, gave a slight tingle which presumably would be noticed by a snail crossing those rows. And (as expected), stronger than doing the same thing using aluminum as a foundation. The snails didn't nibble my tomato plants, but I cannot be certain this was the reason. I'm happy with it, might test more thoroughly another year.

Used this to review series and parallel circuits with 7th graders before moving on to copper etched circuit boards. There aren't enough copper plates for all three students to make their boards, so this activity gave every student the opportunity to play with the concepts a bit. The tape is sticky, (duh) so you have to be careful when making your corners since the adhesive won't conduct. Nevertheless, we've found it to be relatively easy to work with. Students engaged well with the lesson.

I liked this very much. I use it for the hobby battery packs that I reconfigure by tearing them apart. Being the existing battery ends were spot welded tabs and steel does not solder I connected the ends together using about 5 layers of this tape. Keep in mind these batteries are rated up to 5 amp hours so a good, heavy duty connection is needed. WORKS GREAT.

Great product, I’m using it to teach the kids how to make electric circuits. One problem, because the tape comes on a roll with backing paper that you peel off, it tends to unroll itself. (Unlike cello tape where the roll of tape is stuck to itself). The trick is to make a tape dispenser by placing the roll inside an old DVD case. The tape should come out at the spine of the case easily.
