This sim and plan work great for me and reception has been fine in my area. The price is reasonable especially if you use autopay with the 10% discount. I don't use a lot of cell data, so the plan has worked well for me. And, if you shop a Kroger, you can get discount points.

I guess it is a decent price for 6GB. Main problem is there is no Online Activation, have to call an 800 number. This is fine for in the US but if you are visiting to the US and English is not your native language, navigating the menu system might be tough. Regardless, the process is easy enough and the person I talked to was nice enough.

Setup was easy enough, but I do strongly suggest a magnifying glass or phone camera to read the numbers if you are a Gen X tribe member or older. The Sim card comes with the various sizes, just peel off until you get to your size. I called the setup number and she had me going in a few minutes. It requires no online registration and the lady was patient with me. Reading the small print was a chore lol! Performance is really good, very happy with the speeds I'm getting. The phone number is a local one in a newer exchange, all good. It all works great.

Had no reception in College Station, TX. Was easy to get the microsim out for an iphone, which is good, and I like that it came with the tool.to open the sim drawer as I obviously lost mine immediately after getting the phone.

This is the same card you can buy at Kroger retail stores and their other chains like Fred Meyer for the same price, often with member gasoline discount points bonuses.This card is an inexpensive way to try out the service or for international visitors. The plan can be converted to autopay which comes with a 10% discount. 6GB of data can be used up pretty quickly, though.Make sure your phone is unlocked and OK for use on the T-Mobile network; you can use the eligibility checker on the Kroger Wireless home page. FYI, you might get a better deal from Mint Mobile for unlimited data at the same price according to Clark Howard.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. First things first - it was not a great experience activating the plan because you literally have to call a phone number. This is the 21st century, why isn't there a way to activate this online?800 numbers do pose a challenge as it can only be accessed from the US. Thankfully the process was really simple and straightforward to activate.Upon activation, I see that it's using the T-Mobile network.I'm using this on my iPhone 11, which is my spare phone that still has a SIM Card slot but many newer phones like the iPhone 15 do not have physical SIM slots anymore, so just be aware.

I’ve been using this plan with a GPS tracker and it’s been great so far. Nothing to complain about, i just wouldn’t recommend it to use as a general internet provider, as the 6GB would go extremely fast.
