I ordered my usual size of medium and found it was true to size. Heats up quickly and the battery is nice and light. It definitely keeps me warm. I highly recommend!

I work in a repair shop in NY. Some days it is super cold. This jacket eats up the battery within an hour of being on. Does not last, and does not get and stay warm. Good for fall or spring but not winter.

I'm hoping the seller can see this and offer help - battery lasts no more than about 90 minutes - and not on the highest setting even. Fit is fine, material is comfortable but the best selling point - warming - is barely usable._update_Customer Service reached out - they didn't have replacement batteries in stock, so instead paid for me to buy a new battery from one of their competitors - Very thoughtful. I haven't known a company to go to such lengths. Thank you!

I ordered two sizes of this jacket. One came without tags, the battery pack was missing, and it was covered in white dog hair. The other one came in a nice box, clean, with tags and everything included. I returned the used/incomplete one.The one I kept was nice and warm. I've only used it once, for a football game when it was around 20 degrees. I wore it under my winter coat. It was nice and warm, especially the neck part. It's not a super cute fit, but it's a coat. The battery pack didn't last as long as I expected. I had it on low for 2 hours and switched it to the medium temp when the wind picked up. The battery died in about 2 hours. The battery is slim and not too bulky. I love that the button lights can be turned off so they don't attract attention. Overall, good value for the money. Hopefully it lasts. I haven't tried to wash it yet.I kept a medium and it fit well. The large would have been fine too, but had lots of extra room in it.

I’ve had it for maybe three weeks, I washed it for the first time and it no longer works. It worked great before, I used the bag they provide to wash it with. It is NOT machine washable
