Okay so first of all, why would it come rolled up in a box? It is a pain to flatten out to make installation easier. Then after all the work to get it flat it did not want to stick to the door even with good surface prep. The only good thing is that I was able to save it by drilling through it and using some screws to hold it in place but by that point I would have been better off just buying a pre-drilled one that comes with the screws. Maybe I just got a dud with the adhesive but very frustrating for something that should have only taken a couple minutes to install.

Great and strong material looks like a real metal but it was much easier to install. Came in a little box and was curled up but it flattened after i peeled off the back. I used it in the high traffic area so we'll see holds up. So far highly recommend!

Came with 2 in the box, I applied them to 2 identical doors. First one worked great. Second one won’t stick. So hit or miss I guess.

Needed to patch some rusted areas on a back door. Used this product to cover the holes instead of buying a new door for $$$. Was surprised to get the product rolled in a little box, but it unpacked nicely and stuck to the door (still holding after 2 weeks). Just to be on the safe side, I put 2 screws on each side to reinforce the sticking. Cheap and does the job! Recommend.

Any kickplate requiring I purchase drill tools to put holes in item or the door for the screws is just over the top for this non-DIY princess. I found this kickplate item that has adhesive on one side. Simply peeled off yellow backing, align and stick it on! 8 hrs later, new kickplate is still adhering to my door. Felt flimsy coming out of the little box it arrived in but once backing tape was removed, it felt more substantial. This has a smooth finish so wiping down if dirty should be easy. Edges and corners aren't sharp (I didn't get any cuts-yay!) But it is thin. However for the job of catching scuffs from shoes kicking door opened, it gets the job done. This independent princess is happy with my nickel styled kickplate! looks great against my door color too!

Product comes rolled in a tiny box and is extremely difficult to flatten out. Very flimsy material and pricey for what you get. Not worth the hassle.

Much easier to install than the other one I purchased before that you had to screw to the door.
