Easy to replace, takes a few minutes. Valve is noisy just before it shuts off water flow into the tank.

So great that you can buy these parts separately. The rubber seal of the old part was compressed to the black plastic shape and had lost its integrity. Watched a YouTube video. Easy to replace (no tools needed).

As far as I can determine these are genuine Korky repair parts. Look and fit exactly as my old ones. Happy to get the fill valves working again without having to replace the valve. Very quick repair and all is good.

I was getting ready to replace the whole fill valve system since the fill was slow, not continuous, and hissing. while searching I found this. Now the flush is as new. There is no hissing, and it fills quickly. Easy to replace.the twin pack is a bonus for future use.

First off, I put in a Korky unit in the basement toilet tank after running through several other brands and their universal what's its. They were always harder to install and worked well for about a year and then had problems.The Korky went in ... quite a while ago (so long that I can't remember--maybe six years?) and ran trouble free.Finally water started spraying out the top of the unit. The hissing sound was the tell, because the toilet still worked fine.Searching for a replacement unit on Amazon (I love you too sometimes) I discovered this simple replacement part. Then I found Korky has a simple 1:30 long vid explaining how to do it.And now I have the second part on hand for the next time.If only everything worked so beautifully. This is so ... retro?

This worked instead of the Toto THU224 (or I assume the other THU caps, THU 123 or 302, that look the same). Several local hardware stores didn't carry it; Lowes claimed they had it for $29 but I think theirs was the entire flush valve assembly. I have an old Toto Aquia Dual flush, ~19 years old, with a green cap over the fill valve and float bowl (not a blue cap like most of the pics I've seen). The toilet lid info sticker said THU 224 was the right fill valve assembly replacement, but then I saw reviews that described my problem, and one said Toto/Korky. These look the same but I wasn't sure. I got 2 of these for the price of 1 of the others, and these arrived 2 days earlier than the Toto. Free returns if it didn't work, so I took a chance and am glad I did. The orange/red rubber disc inside has a slightly different design (smooth) but it fit perfect, and solved my problem (flushed and filled fine, but would then very slowly continue to overfill, until the water level got high enough to trickle a small amount into the bowl continuously. It was so slow you couldn't hear anything, but you could see a slight ripple in the back of the toilet bowl where water continued to trickle in). And now I have an extra for my other identical Toto! Very pleased. No instructions but you don't need them. The cap unscrews 1/4 turn counterclockwise, just like the flush valve, BUT be careful when attaching or detaching the little hose from this to the the flush valve, as it seems fragile (old one broke off when I tried to remove the hose; then I had a difficult time pushing the broken piece out of the hose). The green cap was also a bit difficult to remove on one of mine, but it came off easy on the other.

I purchased the nicer toilet valve to relay to replace the fill valve in my pool. The old one was cheap and would act up making my water bang in the pipes as it turned on and off making the most annoying sound in my house. Fast forward a couple years and the banging started again, I inspected and found the diaphragm was split so I went looking for a new valve but found these repair kits for 1/4 of the price. Easy to install and it was working perfect, I even have a second kit so I know I'm good for at least 4 or 5 years now, far better than the 1 year of a non repairable cheap valve like I had originally. Spend a little more to start and save in the end!

This is the part for a Korky toilet filler valve. It contains the little red diaphragm, which is usually the only part that fails in a Korky filler valve. It fits almost all Korky filler valves and you will be finished with the job in less than 15 minutes and that's if you work at turtle pace like I do. We own rental property and changed to Korky when the fluidmaster valves became undependable for us. Over many years I can't imagine how many filler valves I've bought when all we really needed was the little red diaphragm that's included in this part. They don't send any instructions and I didn't look on YouTube for install instructions, but it can be figured out quickly. Wonderful part, works great, reasonably priced... you can't beat that!
