CM-400, the ideal clip-on tuner microphone attaching right to your instrument
The CM-400 is a clip-type contact microphone using piezoelectric elements that transmits vibrations directly to the tuner by attaching the microphone to your instrument. The CM-400 enables even more accurate tuning than the microphone on the tuner itself, and allows the instrument to detect its own sound more reliably, especially when practicing with a large group or in other environments where the sound is easily affected by surrounding sounds.
Changed to a more stable mini-plug
The output terminal for connection to the tuner body has a new mini-plug, which works well with the T M-70T and ensures stable tuning.
Clip section for stable attachment
The maximum width of the clip is 30mm, and the inner rubber part is designed to be attached to any instrument without leaving any mark or causing any damage. It can be attached easily and securely to a variety of instruments.

Well the first one they sent, the box was crushed but the shipping envelope was fine. Ok, whatever this happens. We open it to find the cord just shoved in there and someone else's initials written in silver marker on the clip. I ordered a new one, not a used one.Update- reached out to Amazon. They sent a new one. Opened it and the cord had a twist tie around it and it was wrapped in a plastic bag. The first one had none of that. The new one works fine so far.

Used for school band instrument. It is a great quality. Disappointed it didn’t include the needed clip, had to purchase that separately. But an excellent product.

チューナー本体に付いてた物が、殆ど使っていないし、引っ張ってダメージを与えた訳では無いのに断線。とにかく壊れやすい。残念。壊れるの前提として作られ売られている商品ですね。

This was bought in addition to a CM-300-BK that I have had, and been pleased with, for three years. Apart from the jackplug size and logo the CM-300-BK and CM-400 seem identical. Both have a 30mm jaw capacity and 150cm cable.The 3.5mm mono jack on this model allows it to be used without adapters together with tuning software on a phone, tablet or laptop. It works with my Lenovo Moto and Thinkpad devices with no problem.Another reviewer complained that she could not fit on of these microphones to a bagpipe drone, but I, and other pipers have no problem clipping these onto great highland bagpipe drones and chanters. Their contact mechanism is especially useful in a band environment.
