First of all the size of this grill is perfect it’s big and can fit a lot I like the it can be used in an electric or gas stove you have to wash and season it as you would a cast iron grill plus quality is good

I like that this can be used with an induction stove, which is the main reason that I was interested in it. I have a single burner induction cook-top that I got for cooking on the porch in nice weather and for having an extra burner available for holiday cooking.This griddle is a good size for cooking a breakfast of eggs, sausage, and pancakes fairly quickly. The wooden handles are easy to hold (although they were a bit of a pain to put on) and the plate is flat so it stores really easily. I am happy with my griddle plate, it is super convenient and I have chosen to use it instead of my electric griddle more than once when making breakfast for just myself. It is easier to clean and takes up less room than the big griddle.

This Korean grill pan seems to be pretty well made. Not the most expensive pan but for about 20 dollars a good pan that can be used for a lot of things.It has a slight dip in the center so things won't roll off of it (including oil if you cook sausages or meat on it)It comes with 2 wooden handles that take a bit of work to put on but will help to protect you from burning hands when in useThe edges of the pan are slightly rough (not sharp but not really smooth) and the pan should be seasoned prior to use to protect the coating and keep the pan from rusting.I believe that the coatings are on the non toxic side of coatings (hopefully they are)It's easy to hold because it's light weight (nothing like cast iron) which make use and cleaning simpler.For the price I think it's a great thing to have in the kitchen for simple searing, grilling, sautéing or pan fryingNot sure if it's grill or oven friendly but assuming it could also be used this way (NOT CERTAIN of temp ranges that are safe but will re read to see if that info is listed)Use as instructed.Nice 32 cm / 12..6 in grill panWould purchase again

I already have one of these in my kitchen but I got another one to use when camping. This pan is so versatile and can be used in so many ways.It works well for pancakes. Use it like a griddle for meats and vegetables. It works well for stir frys. What is nice about the pan is that there is a shallow well in the middle to help retain any liquids or oils used when cooking.Best of all, cleanup is a breeze.

We love this little griddle pan in my house. Everybody loves to use it as it is light and has been completely nonstick (so far). I do not anticipate any problems in the future,either, and look forward to many years of trouble free use of this great little pan. I feel that it was an excellent value for the price and am very satisfied with it
