Why install led decoder?
- Since original car headlight control line is controlled by driving computer, the working principle of LED headlights and working current are different from those of halogen lamps, so that driving computer can not detect feedback signal of LED headlights, and instrument panel will display a fault light phenomenon. So to install an LED decoder, LED decoder can solve all problems caused by modification of LED headlights.
When will you need a decoder?
- While you turn on the light after installation, the bulb keep flashing.
- Computer shows error of headlights. Lighting is every dimmed, not bright as normally.
- The bulb still keep lighting for a while although you have turned off the light.

This product works great on my 2012 Honda Fit. Without this controller, the DRL light on dash come on, after installing this the DRL warning light turn off. Yes, the device work as described. I would recommend it when installing LED Headlights.

The decoders worked like a charm! Easy as hell to install but there's a couple of Cons to it if you choose to purchase. I installed these on a 2013 Honda Fit Sport:1) The length of the connection cables don't leave a lot of slack if you have to be practical in securing to something; each side has about 6"-10" of cable; not very realistic. With the limited securing points available, I used a zip tie to secure them to the harness main line (right side) and to the ECM bracket (left side)2) the female connection slots on the plug were very loose, so you may have to consider disassembling the plug to slightly crimp this so they'll secure to the headlight bulb blades.

How do I contact seller about these. These did nothing to stop the car from throwing codes. If I turn the car on with headlights set to on or with them set to automatic it throws low and high beam errors. If I turn the car on with them off and then turn them on it’s okay. So it is tripping the cold check on the car. Helped with the minor flickering though

I purchased a set of LED headlights (H4) for my 2006 Toyota Sequoia and they worked perfectly however, when I turned on the halogen fog lights, they did not turn on nor did the high beam indicator show on the cluster panel. At first, I thought that the LED/Halogen bulbs did not mix so I went ahead and purchased LED fog lights (9006) just to make sure the LED/LED compatibility was there. Tried the lights again, headlights yes, fog lights, no. Went to YouTube University and was instructed to get these and ONLY hook these up to the PASSENGER side headlight and the fog lights should work. I did as the instructions said and it works like a charm! Also, an easy solution to install the Canbus to the passenger side lamp is to remove the air filter cover so the access will be uninhibited. Make sure that you secure the Canbus well so it doesn't flop around while driving.The construction of the Canbus is very sturdy. The case is made up of a very firm plastic material and the wires are well-insulated. All in all, a very good product that I hope lasts for quite a while!I hope this helps!!

Bought this for a 2005 Tundra and nothing changed after install. High beam indicator on dash display still doesnt show and, high beams turn on when turning on fog lights. Pretty pricey for something that does not work.

After buying a new set of LED headlights for my 4 Runner I found I lost high beams after a couple nights. Upon researching I realized I needed these 'power resistors' as the LED doesn't need as much power as stock headlights. Bought another set of LEDs and simply plugged these into head light and power supply and bingo. No more problems. Easy plug and play solution

Didn't work for my application, but that was due to the ECM on the bike I was working on.Quality was good. Really had to work to get one in a 5.25" headlight bucket. Took 2 guys.Oh well. That wasn't the issue anyway. My mistake

These worked great for making some H4 LEDs work in a 98 Camry. They would not come on at all before so I thought it's was a polarity issue. I got a set of jumpers I could repin however I needed. But they would only burn on high beam no matter what I did so as a last resort I tried the antiflicker and now my LEDs are working perfect.
