actuator failed less than 7 months after purchasing. contacted seller about a warranty replacement and heard nothing back. horrible customer service followed by a worse product!! save your money and buy a factory actuator or a factory rebuilt actuator. also contacted amazon and was left on the line for over an hour with only a "im working on fixing your issue" responses. amazon customer service is a joke now that its all outsourced!!

Update failed with in warranty of the 1 year but no response when contacted multiple times would buy somewhere elseCame on time No instructions with it but straight forward if you have some know how. Installed on a 2016 ram 6.7 Had to get it calibrated to badger it work. After putting more money into calibration working as it should for time being.

Buy this part and save yourself a lot of money because, it worked as advertised, comes with the calibrator and is a quality part.

Previously I was living in my camper when this went out and I had to pay a dealer $4000 to replace and it failed 3 years later outside of warranty. That was a genuine MOPAR actuator part that still failed in 3 years after spending all that money. I decided to replace it myself this time and so far it has worked flawlessly. If this lasts anywhere near the previous part then I will be very pleased with this purchase. I had a couple questions for the seller and they were very responsive and I wanted to leave this review to support them. I have a 2014 2500 Cummins 6.7. Required NO calibration and it works great. YouTube has some good videos on a couple steps to ensure you replace it correctly. Fairly simple to install.

This product worked great only for like 7 months and I have to replace again. Better off spending the extra money and getting from dealer

Actuator went out on my 2019 6.7 Bighorn so I took a chance and bought this one. The calibration tool works great. No more check engine light( U010C and P003A) and got my Exhaust brake back. super easy job even someone who isn't mechanically inclined can do this job and save thousands from a dealership. We will see how long this actuator last

I installed this over the weekend as well as used the calibration tool and everything went together as planned. I had zero issues. I do wish it would have come with the grease for the gears but luckily I had some I could use. I now have turbo in my truck! I typically like to buy OEM for this stuff but when I did some research as to what needed done it opened my eyes especially the push for this to be done by the dealer because the actuator needs calibrated and not everyone has the proper tools and software to do this. Also, there is a shortage of OEM parts right now and my dealer didn't even have the part to do this.. And the OEM part was $$$ as well as the labor... and they still could not do this because they did not have any inventory of the actuator. So I decided to try this rout and so far I'm pleased with everything.Remember that turbo actuators can fail if you do not let it cool down properly after hauling a heavy load. Need to let your truck run for a few minutes (look the time up) before shutting it off to let the coolant do its job and cool the turbo and the actuator down so they do not over heat and fail. This is my initial review and if something changes, I will update my review.**Update 3/29/23 1 year later and I have not had any issues. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
