Its very slow and not very sensitive. It can’t even detect americium pressed against the tube. The tube is only 2 inches long tho it has a spot for the tube they advertised with it. Did I mention the display freezes? Honestly not worth it. Im definitely returning it, save my money for a radio code. This also doesn’t have a chirp feature like, what geiger counter forgoes the chirp?! Its the most important part!!!!! Im so upset. I don’t even want to return it because I don’t trust ill get my money back. They rip me off and I have to pay for it? This keeps happening on Amazon and im not for it. As bad as temu

It has a cheap tube in my unit. From what I understand they use to make these with the J321 tube but now they use the cheapest tube the can.

The tube they use inside the device is cheap and barely detects anything at all. It is not the j321 any more.
