Ottima piccozza per alpinismo classico su ghiacciaio e percorsi non troppo articolati. La lunghezza della piccozza è perfetta per camminare in sicurezza e averla a portata di mano in caso di necessità. I materiali di costruzione sono leggeri e molto affidabili. Nel complesso è una buona piccozza. Ce ne sono tante sul mercato, se non volete spendere troppo questa è ottima.

This is the first ice axe I’ve owned and I primarily went for it because it’s about a third or half of similar axes from Grivel or Petzl etc. For the money, it seems like a great deal.As mentioned in another review, it comes with a leash which wasn’t mentioned in the listing, however, it is of good quality and a nice bonus. The webbing the leash is made out of is thick and of decent quality, and instead of plastic slides they are metal. There’s also a rubber keeper to adjust the size of the wrist loop. There is a padded inside to the wrist loop too which seems to be some kind of faux leathery material.The axe itself is great except for one bit which is the zinc coating on the head which was already peeling lightly when I took it out of the box but I’m yet to use it properly for glacier travel/ general ski-mo, will update on how the head holds up with the peeling then. Other than that though, it’s a great deal, feels solid and is of a good weight without compromising strength. One more thing to mention is that there isn’t any knurled section for added grip but this can easily be fixed by using a bit of grip tape which is almost better imo.

The description says that there's a grain finish for a better handling, but there's nothing like that. A bit of a false advertising...Apart from that it seems OK, although I haven't used yet.

It is same as description and it works fine, light and easy to use!A handle sling is included, which is not mentioned in the descrption, this is a bonus to me, saved a few pounds.😎
