We do commercial concrete work and site prep and these tapes (we buy the 200') are about the best value steel tape option we've found so far. Compact, simple and fairly inexpensive with a reasonable life span in heavy daily usage. We have four of them out in the field right now.

Bought this in warehouse deals. Super happy. No visible usage that I can see. Very sturdy construction. Only used once so far but totally happy

I like the end of tape as it loops on a stake when measuring on my own. Also no stretch like you get with fibreglass tapes.Heavy duty and built to last!

This is an excellent tool to use for big distances like a Baseball field, or land.

Exactly what i was looking for! I use these tapes everyday and these are by far some of the best you can buy!! Be aware that they do expand and contract with the sun wich can change the measurement at long distances! So keep them as cool as you can by putting them in the shade as much as possible, for a more consistant measurement!

hard to find metal tape. nylon is terrible. wind up is super fast and easy. a few screws can come loose with excessive use which requires periodic tightening. rust free. durable. best reel i've found

I'm a concrete contractor and have used several brands of tapes over the years. Most nylon clad tapes do not last over a couple months. I own 3 of these. This tapes quality is superior to any others I've owned. Being a non clad tape, it's roughly half of the size of others. I do not get deflection in this tape on hot or windy days like I did with others. My original tape I've had over 10 years and continue to use on a daily basis. About 6 years ago because of extreme cold (-40) the plastic handle broke in two. I repaired it and continue to use it over all others. This tape for me, has been a good investment. The finger loop on the end is nice.

I bought this tape to do tape drops on cell and small broadcast towers, the wind is very hard on tape measures. I've used this tape on 5 towers so far in ground wind speeds of 10 to 15 MPH and so far it has held up great.Right after I wrote the above, the very next site the tape broke near the reel
