I haven’t had this long, and will update if it falls apart. But I highly doubt it will.My initial reaction is surprised to be able to get a leather bag like this for just $30. It could sale for $50-$80. In addition to very nice looking leather, the zippers and buttons are all large and sturdy, and the non-leather interior is multi-layered.It is obvious the manufacturer is aiming for higher quality than most items you’d find on Amazon, especially at this price point.

Der KomalC Original Buffalo Leder Unisex Kulturbeutel ist einfach fantastisch! Das hochwertige, weiche Buffalo Leder fühlt sich edel an und bekommt mit der Zeit eine wunderschöne Patina. Der Kulturbeutel ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Toilettenartikel, ohne dabei sperrig zu sein. Die Verarbeitung ist top, alle Nähte sind sauber und stabil. Besonders gut gefällt mir das klassische Design in Distressed Tan, das sehr stilvoll und zeitlos wirkt. Ideal für Reisen oder den täglichen Gebrauch. Ein echtes Qualitätsprodukt, das ich nur empfehlen kann!

Lovely product, well made and has that lovely leather smell (it is real leather). Zips glide smoothly and it came complete with its own drawstring dust bag.

Nice rustic look and feel to this small travel case. So far it seems to be of decent construction. I've not used it for traveling yet, but I intend to. The only thing that would give me hesitation would be placing anything inside that runs the risk of leaking as it would surely discolor or ruin the bag. For now, only dry items on the inside. Otherwise if traveling with liquids, put them in a Ziploc first.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. I bought it to replace a shaving/travel kit I had for years. The packing this leather kit came with was impressive. The manufacturer carefully padded the inside and left a thoughtful letter thanking me for the purchase, which was a really nice touch. It came inside a cloth pouch, which I’m going to hang onto. I’ll find something useful for it. The travel kit is made with real leather, which is always nice. It smells leathery and appears solidly made. Plenty of space for all my necessary grooming items. Pretty basic design, but seems like it will last a long time. Five stars all day long for this one!!

The bag is well made with solid stitching and quality liner. The zippers, while not YKK, seem to be more than adequate for the job, the magnetic flap closes firmly, and the supple leather has a beautiful distressed look.Speaking of leather… when the bag first arrived, it was creased and crushed, courtesy of the warehouse. The leather itself was very dry and needed to be oiled, at least in my opinion. This presented an opportunity to address both issues with one solution. I stuffed the bag with a bath towel to make it fully expand into its original shape and wiped it heavily with some Otter Wax oil I use on my aniline leather furniture. What a difference. If you’re familiar with leather care, you know that oil will initially darken the leather, but it will return to the original color in a few hours, once the oil is fully absorbed. Well, this wasn’t quite the case here, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Initially, the color was that of mustard. I liked it, sure, but it seemed a bit bright. Once I applied the oil, it turned dark brown, but within a couple of hours it returned to a halfway point between brown and mustard, like peanut butter, and remains this way now. The oil also allowed the leather to return to the intended shape and keep it.This is a great way to obtain a classy, durable, handmade piece of kit for an excellent price. If you need a Dopp kit and don’t care for individual organization (which I do not, as it inevitably eats up valuable space,) don’t think twice about it and just do it. :)

This is my second purchase from KomalC. The first was a gift for my dad in the color distressed tan. We were all so satisfied and impressed by it that I finally purchased one for myself to have a father-son matching moment. This Dopp kit is utterly breathtaking and beautiful! Someone else said it has that old money look to it, and I strongly agree with that notion. The fact that it’s handmade blows me away because the attention to detail is astounding—a machine wouldn’t have been able to make it nearly as stunning. The stitch work, the distressed tanned leather, the brass ZIPPERS- sturdy, heavy duty, smooth as butter. The beautiful color of the Chicago buffalo in real life is perfect, just like the photos. The brass feet are also a practical AND aesthetic addition to the Dopp kit. The bag arrived thoughtfully placed inside of a vintage dust bag, along with thorough and specific care instructions for the leather to get the utmost use out of it. This craftsman cares and it shows— and it’s eco friendly too: buy it nice once and have it for a lifetime. My only critique would be the actual shipping packaging, I wish it came inside of a standard amazon box instead of a plastic shipping bag. The delivery person through it down some stairs and I was upset at how they treated my new bag. If it was in a box, I wouldn’t have been as worried. None the less, the bag is tough and it did not arrive with any imperfections whatsoever. I’ve attached photos for those, who like me, are looking for more customer pics of the Chicago buffalo color. Get it, it’s worth every penny especially given the fantastic price. It’s quite honestly such a steal, I’m still shook tbh.
