Finally got around to putting these up a month after getting them. One never worked at all and the other kept shorting out after assembly. The plug fit just fine, it is the wiring. They must know they are terrible because the return window is only 30 days. Never buy these. They are awful.

The faux leaves on this tree are vibrant and full, with a lovely warm tone that mimics the look of autumn foliage without being overly fake or plastic-looking. Yes, you do need to fluff and shape the branches and leaves out of the box (as expected), but the branches bend easily and hold their position well. After just 10–15 minutes of adjusting, it looked beautiful and full.The warm white LED lights are evenly distributed and provide a soft, cozy glow - enough to light a corner of the room, but not overly bright. I love using this as a soft alternative to overhead lighting, especially in the evenings.The remote control is a great bonus! You can toggle through 8 lighting modes (from solid to twinkle to slow fade), adjust the brightness (great if you want it dim for nighttime), and set a timer (6 hours on, 18 hours off), which has been working flawlessly! Just be sure to point the remote at the receiver as instructed. The signal is a bit directional but works fine once you get the hang of it.This tree has exceeded my expectations! It's easy to use, and adds instant charm to any room. Whether you're decorating for the holidays or simply want to add some soft, beautiful light to a space, this light up maple tree is a fantastic choice!

I read reviews of people who had leaves fall off but I didn't have that happen. There is an extra pack of leaves in the box so maybe that fell out on them? Any way, I didn't experience any leaves falling. I was able to fluff it nice. The remote works great , just have to point it right at the base. I love this tree. It makes a great light source and adds fun to the room.

When I first opened the box I was disappointed in this item but after taking it out and fluffing it up I completely changed my mind. It’s very pretty when it’s put together. There are a lot of leaves and lights so it makes a beautiful item inside or outside the house. I’m not sure if it’s rated for outside but I’m going to put it on my covered porch. Each leaf junction has 2 leaves and a light. The only thing I don’t like is the trunk and base. The trunk is made of plastic. It reminds me of a waffle ball bat. It’s covered in a brown, plastic wrapping that gives it a better look by providing depth. The base is very heavy and made of metal. It isn’t very pretty but it gives it good stability and can be placed in a pot if you’d like to.

This tree was very simple to put together. You simply twist the trunk onto the base, then slide the top part into the truck. It's really that easy. You will need to adjust the limbs- similar to what you would a fake Christmas tree- because it comes packed tight. It's very quick and easy to do.Once it's up and adjusted, it looks very nice and full. I went to turn the lights on using the remote, and could not get it to work. I decided to check the battery, and it was fine. It must he something with either the remote itself, or the sensor in the tree. I will also say that the remote battery compartment was hard for me to open. You have to push each side of the compartment in, while simultaneously pushing a tiny pin into a hole to release. It was overkill.Even though I can't get the remote to work, there is a mode button on the cord that can turn it on and off. When I pushed this, all the lights came on and worked great. They look soooo pretty on the tree, especially with the warm and bright colors of the leaves. You can cycle through some of the different lighting modes, but you're not able to use ALL of the different modes, such as different brightness levels, timer, and other settings.Overall, I really like this tree. It's very pretty and full. It has a lot of different options, however without the remote, I'm very limitrd.
