First tub arrived with a corner completely cracked visibly through the plastic. Which they still haven't picked up for a return 2 weeks later. Second one got installed and didn't find this hairline crack until we took the plastic off. Stay away from these tubs they look nice but they are not sturdy and are prone to cracks. This isn't the first Kohler product I've had an issue with but it will be the last.

I wish I would have considered this tub has no recline you have to sit up straight & your head actually tilts forward. Also it’s so deep you cannot put your arms up like arm rests. It looks cool and modern but if you like to soak in a tub don’t do it.

I really love this tub. I searched high and low to find a tub with the deepest water level possible. I loved the look, the striking rectangularoverflow valve, just everything. Probably my only complaint is keeping it clean. I've only had porcelain tubs and this is my first acrylic one. There are not many porcelain tubs even made anymore so there's not much I could do about that. After every use I use dawn liquid soap with a wash cloth and wash the whole tub out. EVERYTHING sticks to it. That is the BIGGEST annoyance about it. I truly do hate that. I do wish it was made out of porcelain. But, it is beautiful and has great water depth. It does add beauty to our newly remodeled Hampton/Newport Beach bathroom. That I love!!!

We ended up with this tub after seeing some reviews of similar units by Kohler with cracks. This tub is definitely sturdy! It took two strong contractors to carry it in and place it. Our contractor is a pro and can trouble shoot anything, so he was able to modify and adjust to make the tub fit. Not sure I could have done the install myself and definitely sure I could not move this tub without help. The horizontal overflow looks great. I cannot see ever going back to the boring, round overflow drains after having this sharp design. The depth is fantastic. We probably only fill it half way to its capacity and that is still so much more than our old tub.The comfort could be better. It is a soaking tub and yet the back is a hard angle without much of a lip to add a cushion to. We are going to look into a bath pillow and see if that helps. The construction is very solid. There is no flex or movement like some reviews of other models mentioned. Even our big contractor, at 250 pounds, could not get the floor of the tub to flex when he stood on it.
