Perfect fit! Spent a pretty penny buying “universal” shower handles from the big box stores that never fit right until I came across this kit ( handle sold separately).

For older kohler models. This adatper/stem slides onto the stem of the kohler shower valve, which sits behind the knob or center handle. They only sell this on Amazon.
