I had to return this as the screws provided did not appear to be self-tapping. They would not bite into the aluminium of the ganging pieces and so they could not be used to fix the two medicine cabinets together. As a side note this was a very expensive component, even if it had worked. Definitely an opportunity for a less expensive competitor.

Way too much money for a piece of alum, but it does its job. Be careful of rough dimensions for wall opening in recess application - Kohler's instructions call for it to be excessively large. When you gang together, you end up with twice as much "extra" clearance, and the cabinet flange will barely cover the opening

It is unclear which series this ganging hardware works with, check with customer support at Kohler before you buy because I needed to return this item.
