It was wonderfully packed and shipped, arriving in excellent condition. The installation material was easy to understand. I believe that the Archer pedestal sink is an exceptional value and works great. I would recommend this sink to anyone.

Yikes! For what you pay for Kohler products, you’d think they’d be perfect. This base had a twist in it, looking down from the top. My contractor installed it anyway because we did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back, plus it would have held up the project. Fortunately, the twist isn’t noticeable but still it makes you wonder how they can put out defective products when they charge so much. My contractor says he doesn’t like Kohler for that reason.

I purchased this product for my powder room. It has a great look and installs extremely easily. The shipping of this was a worry for me but it was packed very well and there are no defects. Great purchase
