This load binder is a good value in that the quality per dollar is high.There are spots on the unit I received where there was no paint at all, but it was in places where in the course of using the product the paint would come off, anyway. The price was much lower than the exact same unit from my local retailers.I use this as the primary tie down for my mini tractor when transporting.
