This appeared to be poorly assembled and immediately smelled like burning when installed. Not the normal smell of a hotend getting up to temperature when new, but more like melting plastic. Inspection of the hotbed shows that the insulation on the wiring to the heating cartridge was not surrounding the wires into the heat block. The return process is frustrating as well because I was informed the shipment is delayed due to inventory problems, yet the listing shows it can be delivered today. So it seems like they slow walking a replacement and will only ship one quickly if I buy again.

Had a major melt down after 40 hours of printing. Bent and pieces popping out the top.

Was exactly as advertised and swapped out with no issues. I bought 3 of these to preinstall 3 different extruder sizes or types, 0.4 and 0.6 hardened steel and a 0.4 Ruby extruder. Easy change out, less than 5-minutes. Always head newly installed hot end and tighten. Make sure heat break is fully down on block and then tighten nozzle.

Not a oem hotend. It started leaking immediately. Was not usable at all.

Second one in a couple months from this seller to break in 2 months. The most recent didn't last 3 days. Horrible product. Starts oozing plastic then pushes hotend off and balls up plastic. I wish I could give it less than 1 star
