TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Why does the print Smear, or Never Dry, or can be Rubbed Off?
Reason - This issue is usually caused by the printer ink. Some original printer ink, like HP, is Pigment-based ink which is not compatible with our glossy paper.
Solution - Print with the Paper Type set to 'Photo Paper' and the Print Quality set to 'Standard'. If it still doesn't work, please go to your order and click 'Get product support’.

The Koala glossy vinyl sticker paper printed well in my HP inkjet printer in terms of feed and alignment. The weight and gloss were also as expected. However, even after waiting 10 and then 20 minutes for the ink to dry on a black and light pink design, the black ink still smudged when tested. Unfortunately, I had to return the paper due to this issue.

Favorite sticker paper !! Love the gloss, water resistance, and thickness of paper. For the price the paper is really good. I order this product all of the time.

It does not have the same professional protective clear coating that online stores print, but as a result, these stickers are brighter and more saturated. As long as you treat them with care, stickers made from this paper will still last for years.

I’ve tried the Cricut sticker paper before and that one would always get stuck in my HP Envy Ink Printer. This paper from Koala though is perfect for it — I mean, I have a pretty entry level basic printer and it was perfect. Great for DIYs, super easy to use and the quality is quite good.

I have bought this brand several times and will continue to buy this sticker paper. I love it! It is easy to use, holds the ink well, cuts well on my Silhouette, is easy to peel. The stickers have the perfect amount of "stick". They don't easily wear off surfaces like metal cups or computers, but when it's time to remove them, they come up pretty easily without leaving a messy residue.

I like koala I use the koala sublimation paper to which really works out well for sublimation the sticker paper. I like the colors always vibrant true what is on the computer they are They They weren’t that expensive so I thought that was a good price for them. They have not jammed My printer yet very easy to use. I have not had an issue with them at all. They try not really great. I’ve been selling stickers for sometime now and I really like the quality of them.

Just got them d tried printing my stickers on, they mentioned in the instructions to set the printer on glossy, which worked like a charm, no smudging, very happy, thx

I buy a lot of sticker paper, however this time my favorite paper was not available so I had to try something new. This sticker paper was a very pleasant surprise. Prints beautifully, cuts well and the adhesive is excellent. I can't speak to water resistant as that is not a need of mine. I use stickers for Inspiration Journals. Will buy again.
