As expected from Knipex brand. I always wanted to get angel type and it is electrician's shears. Got mine for under $30 and worth even more.

I'm an Comercial electrician at a semiconductor facility, and these scissors are bulletproof. I can cut through some serious cables with ease. And the angle is actually really comfortable for any type of cut. Absolutely excellent. Entire crew is jealous

Ergonomic - cut all day! Sharp - grabs insulation for cuts and strips in a single 1/2 turn. Spring loaded pistol grip is half the effort to use by comparison. Just buy a pair! I love mine.

Cheap plastic open/close switch just flew off while cutting 16 and 18 awg stranded wire. Great pair of shears but not 100% quality when switch is made of plastic, controlling a marvelous pair of shears. Such design expected of Chinese products, but not from Knipex, the grand tool maker from Germany. Expensive tools must be 100% quality, remiss of bean-counter engineering to save a few pennies. Said lack of quality has many going to Harbor Freight as they at least swap out a defective tool on the spot.Just received warranty replacement via Fed Exp at no cost or return--I must admire that they were gracious enough not to argue with me and have kept me buying their tools, assuming their quality remains high and their price remains reasonable.

Estuve dudando de adquirir esta herramienta, sin embargo las buenas reseñas, la marca (de la cual ya tengo varias piezas) y un buen descuento me animaron a comprarla.Son de esas cosas que no parecen muy necesarias, al fin y al cabo hay muchas otras herramientas que hacen lo mismo: cortar. Pero una vez que la pruebas te preguntas como pudiste vivir sin ella. La ergonomía es simplemente deliciosa, se siente como una extensión de la propia mano y su capacidad de corte es sorprendente.

I bought these for a big upgrade project at work. I’m an industrial electrician and these scissors stripped 8AWG and bigger wire, cut through stranded #6 like butter. Trimmed and snipped smaller stuff better than diagonal cutters. These things are awesome!
