This is the second one I have exchanged. The elastic strap is way too big and can not be adjusted. The video and pics for this product misrepresent this. Fabric is smooth and soft, but can not use. If you leave strap off the pillow needs to be replaced on every turn. No thanks.

It is very soft to the touch and I use it sometimes to prop an arm up or as a pillow when lying on my back. It seems a little too soft for between the knees and the elastic strap is way too long and stretchy.

I recently started having some pains in the sides of my knees and when sleeping on my side it was unbearable so I decided to try this pillow out. I am amazed at how quickly my pain went away within the second night. This pillow is great and very comfortable, not too flat or to bulk. The strap is works very well and doesn’t bother my leg at all. Only negative thing about this purchase is that it comes in a little nylon drawstring bag and you will never get it back in it once you take it out. Over all this pillow has taken my pain completely away in my knees so I am very happy to have found it. Will be using this a long time.

It may be okay for necks but the middle part of the pillow is too thin and squishes down to nothing so it’s ineffective for knee comfort and hip alignment.

I am a side sleeper with severe sciatica discomfort.This pillow works great positioned between my knees.I have tried several others but this works great.

I have tried several pillows like this but they are all too hard or badly shaped. This one is just right so far, firm but not too firm and soft but not too soft.
