Slide-In Plastic Connector for #20 Biscuit Slots. The CHAMP Biscuit Connector is a self-tightening, hidden fastener designed for use in #20 slots. Each component is inserted with adhesive and later slid together for easy, tool-free assembly.
Glue-In Design for Lasting Fit. Connector halves are glued directly into the slot using a PU-based adhesive (sold separately). Integrated holes in the base help the glue bond securely with the material.
Improved Fit at Miter Joints and Corners. CHAMP applies internal pressure from within the slot, helping reduce joint gaps. Especially effective for corners where clamps are difficult to use.
Reusable for Modular and RTA Projects. Once cured, the connector allows parts to be assembled and disassembled as needed. Great for knock-down furniture, modular cabinetry, and shop installations.

CHAMP Biscuit Connector – Slide-In Strength for Reliable Wood Joints

Glued-In for a Lasting Fit. The CHAMP connector installs directly into a #20 biscuit slot using adhesive, bonding firmly through built-in slots in the base. Once cured, parts can be aligned and slid together for a clean, hidden connection—no clamping required.

Designed for Challenging Layouts. Whether you're assembling case goods, modular cabinetry, or miter joints where clamps won’t reach, CHAMP provides internal pressure for a tight, gap-resistant joint.

Disassembly When You Need It. Unlike fully permanent systems, CHAMP allows for clean takedown after assembly. It’s perfect for flat-pack builds, shopfitting, and projects where flexibility and speed matter.

Built to Work with Standard Tools. Cut your biscuit slots using any #20 joiner or CNC, apply glue, and install with a fitting jig for consistent depth and placement across all materials.

CHAMP – Biscuit Connector - Installation

Preparing the Biscuit Slot

Make a standard #20 biscuit slot using a joiner or CNC. This step sets the foundation for proper connector fit and alignment.

Applying Adhesive

Apply a ½" bead of wood adhesive into the center and deepest part of the slot. A polyurethane-based glue is recommended for a strong, lasting bond.

Inserting Connector Halves

Use a fitting jig or mallet to press the connector halves into the groove. Make sure they mirror each other for proper alignment.

Final Assembly and Gluing

Once the adhesive has cured, align and slide the components together.

(Optional): For permanent assembly, glue the joint before final connection.
