I use Mobile One Oil and wanted a good filter that would last at least 10,000 miles between oil changes. This filter meets that criteria. To find one at this price was a good deal! Only draw back was the 2+ week deliver from Amazon due to their idea of what is essential and non-essential

Just purchased a pre owned Winnebago Motorhome. Since I like keeping records of maintenance and everything I do, or buy for my vehicles, I always perform standard maintenance so I have a new starting point for future requirements. Good quality, easy to install, 2 screws, slide out old and slide in new.

Perfect fit for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I was getting the check engine light every time I had an oil change. After doing some research, I found out that the oil changing place was using cheap aftermarket filters, that were triggering an error in the computer. Some more research showed that not using OEM filters would trigger the check engine light. I decided to try the K&N filter to see if the error would go away. I didn't have access to the OEM part. The same day I changed the filter, the light went off, and the error in the Jeep computer disappeared. I will use this filter from now on!

Fit is perfect with no issues in use, I use nothing but Mobile 1 Synthetic in the vehicles and though its good for 20,000mi on the oil I only do 6-8K. Oil filters are changed every 3,000mi. Love K&N, never had a single issue with any of their filters.

As usual, K&N provides a quality product, but you will pay handsomely for it. Their products are often twice--sometimes more--the cost of the standard faire from Fram, Purolator, and even factory OEM's like Mopar and Motorcraft. However, when it involves items that don't require a lot of changing out like air filters and even oil filters (for me, once a year, as I don't drive more than 5000-7000 miles annually), I often opt for the K&N brand. I know, especially with oil filters, that there's a lot of crap out there and when it comes to filtering the material that literally keeps pistons that move up and down within a very tight area lubricated, I figure you can't do any better than K&N.

I have been using these for the past three years now for my Dodge Challenger SXT. They are cheap and good for regular oil changes; however, I would not recommend them for extended drain periods (beyond 6-8 thousand miles.) I normally change my oil every 5k or 4-5 months, whatever comes first. This time I used Mobile 1 extended drain (oil that is supposed to last 20k) and let the oil go for about 9k. When I took the filter out this time I noticed pleats were separating from the core and fraying a bit. I replaced it with another K&N filter but will be mindful about the filter's ability to last beyond 3-5k milage.

This is for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. This is the first time I have ever had a car with a drop in filter cartridge and from the top. I always use K&N when I have a choice and I'm glad to use this product when I change the oil in my vehicle. It is easy to replace. I use a vacuum pump on the oil so I don't even have to climb under the vehicle.
