With an inexpensive aluminum short-ram intake, fits my 2002 Civic well. I'm not sure about power (without a tune or new exhaust, the air filter isn't what's holding it back...) but fuel economy is no worse than stock, and there's substantially less plastic in the engine bay now.

I bought this to replace and AIRAID filter. It was a direct reaplcement and is a much better quality than the AIRAID.
