We got this to add to our entertainment system. My special ladyfriend wanted a sound bar, I wanted to use our existing stereo. The selection of passive sound bars is very slim, but we both like Klipsch so we pulled the trigger on this. It sounds pretty good, though the stereo separation is not that good, but is to be expected with any sound bar. The electronics in the stereo help to compensate for that. Other than the stereo separation, the sound quality is very good and suits our needs well.

The Klipsch soundbar works as described however the buyer should beware. When wall mounting the product, the two tabs provided on the bracket are VERY flimsy. Two of use tried to mount the speaker on the provided tabs and one immediately fell off. Had to remove other one which was also "loose". Be prepared if they come off or loose. Also, Beware of your speaker cable gauge. The injection molded channels (in the speaker) provided are NOT deep so routing thru bracket holes and behind speaker are challenging at best. I used 16G and even that was too much with 6 cables routed behind it. Sound is great and works as advertised.

Removed my tower speakers and put this passive speaker wish speakers were bigger but my room is only 18x18.

The speaker works perfectly with my Denon AVR. The sound clearly has a left, right and center channel enhancing the watch experience. The speaker is a little taller on the stand then expected - will be mounting the speaker on the wall.

I bought this speaker along with a low/mid tier Yamaha receiver, 2 other Klipsch flat panel speakers for rear/surround, and a Klipsch subwoofer to replace the Nakamichi 7.2 soundbar system in my bedroom that was being problematic.I have a decent sized master bedroom and a 55” TV on a stand with a hutch. I mounted this to the back panel of the hutch above the TV and it blends in really well. Since the back panel was MDF with a wood veneer that might not hold up to weight of a speaker over time, I used a piece of 1/2” plywood with wood glue stuck on the back of the TV hutch panel and screwed the speaker mount through the MDF into the plywood. Maybe a bit overkill, but it is rock solid and won’t cause me any trouble in the future. As far as sound goes, I cannot complain since it sounds to my unprofessional ear to be just as good as the thicker and longer soundbar it was replacing. Being a thin flat panel speaker, it isn’t going to sound as good as bigger dedicated speaker system with separate left, center, and right bookshelf or box style speakers. But for a setup where space is limited, this is a sweet solution that can be rather easily attached to a wall or piece of suitable furniture like mine.I’ve become a dedicated user of Klipsch speakers, starting with computer speakers, moving on to floorstanding and bookshelf speakers for my living room home theater, and now these for my bedroom. I and various family members have tried Bose, Logitech, harmon kardon, Nakamichi, and Definitive Technology speakers in various applications over the years. I have switched exclusively to Klipsch in my home and haven’t been disappointed yet. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I compared to an rp-25 and Martin Logan fullsize bookshelf before settling. Sound profile is more to my taste with this bar and a decent sub. Also looks great on the wall.

Sound bar is very nice from a clarity and overall volume standpoint. Coming from a true in wall surround system, wish it could better define the left and right sounds. Feel like they get lost in the center channel but I understand the limitations with regards to length of the bar and moving the sound out further to the left or right.
