Hard to install in the most common spot which is in the frame of the truck. Even the kleinn video shows it installed that way. Problem is the mounting bracket only allows the drain valve to be installed in that spot and you won’t be able to drain water from the tank in that location.Kleinn customer service in non existent as the only line with a person is sales. The sales guy told me to go out shopping for the proper fittings for my application even though the tank can’t be mounted the way Kleinn shows it using the “complete kit” I bought from Kleinn.

Installed on 2017 F 250. Made custom brackets and mounted tank and compressor on passenger side Frame. Mounted horns underneath cab on driver side about under driver seat. VERY LOUD. Wired compressor and pressure switch into outfitter switch 1. Horn blast with outfitter 2. Worth the money and time. Took about 7-8 hours for install and making brackets. Worth every bit

I bought this as a replacement for my factory horn that died on my truck. It took a good 4 hours of tinkering to get it to work. I mounted the compressor underneath the cab on the passenger side. It is quite noisy until the tank fills for only about 45 seconds. When I turn my truck on the compressor kicks on for less than a minute and ready to go. If I lay on the horn while driving for a continuous 4 seconds or so, when I let go of the horn the compressor kicks on to fill the tank up again. The noise doesn't bother us for the short period of time it runs. Now, the noise of this thing is definitely an attention getter...I regularly make people jump and look around in traffic. It sounds like a train or semi horn. Love this purchase!

This kit exceeded my expectations for how loud they are. Give yourself more install time to lay it out right! I installed this on a 4300 International truck. At first I mounted the pump to the underside of the cab, bad idea very noisy! I made a bracket and mounted it to the frame! I can hardy here it run now!The stock horn on the truck sucked!It sounds like a big truck now!TOO LOUD TOO BAD!

Very nice horn & not as loud as a larger train horn, which is exactly what I wanted. Just be advised that the air tank vibrates and makes a lot of noise to refill (thus 4 out of 5 stars). Refills every 5-6 horn blasts.

Fast delivery, very good quality and super loud. Took approx 6 hrs to install on my F350 .....once I figured out where to put everything. Comes with a cheap horn button, so I ordered a better, illuminated button. You will also need to get additional wire depending on location of pump & horn. Very satisfied with this small kit. Can’t comment on longevity as of yet, just installed it late September 2018

I mounted this under my 2012 Harley Davidson TriGlide. It is frigging loud. Exactly what I needed, I even installed a second horn button for my wife...she is now in HOG Heaven. When I buy another trike this is going to be my first accessory.
