We always keep a stock of these hand towels. They are great for in the bathroom. I like that we do not have to keep a hand towel in the bathroom for after guests wash their hands. They are not very soft but they work and are very convenient .

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This product is not as described. It is not "Premium paper", it is certainly not "Soft" (hint, 100 grit sandpaper is softer) and it is not "absorbent." They do make a better paper hand towel, dispensed in a not too pleasing green box, which I have bought before and will probably buy again. But this item? Do yourself a favour and forget it. Your hands will thank you! Kimberley Clark should be ashamed of themselves for selling this sub standard product!

These are not the soft version. Instead, you get 2x as many per box!These are perfect for in the kitchen or bathroom when you don't want germs to stay around in a hand towel. They soak up spills well enough, and they are textured to give just a bit of scrub for kitchen messes. Just what we needed. If I have fancy guests over, I swap to the softer version in a teal box, but for every day use, these are perfect and afordable.

I've bought these kind of hand towels many times from other sellers, so I already knew what to expect as far as look and feel of the hand towels. They were just as the ones I usually order. Yes, they are a little thicker and rougher than paper towels, but I rather them in my bathroom than just regular paper towels. They also last longer than paper towels. This was such a great deal, I had to jump on it. The best deal I can usually find these hand wipes for are 2 boxes for a little under $16. I was going to buy more of the 2 boxes I usually get when I saw these. The price was great, and instead of their regular price of a little over $72 for 18 boxes, I got them for a little over $61 on Cyber Monday. By ordering these in bulk, I saved so much money... and especially because I bought them on Cyber Monday, I saved even more. And I now will have enough to last me for a while too. They came packaged very neatly in a big box. Everything came in excellent condition. I can't say anything negative about my purchase of these Kleenex hand towels. For me, it was well worth it.

OK, they aren't soft, but I don't use these to wipe my face. I like leaving these sit on the kitchen table and having people grab them when they need a quick pick up or hand towel. Or, in my case a napkin, so I guess I do use them on my face. But not for long. They are set up to be pulled up from the box like kleenex and it sort of works when used as packaged. But I found they dispense better when I cut out the plastic wrap type covering they put on the "mouth" of the box. This takes me about 5 seconds with any scissors I happen to have on hand. It is a case of less is more. The big opening on the box making them come out quite nicely.

Please READ the details. I bought a box for my home/kids in 2019, and LOVED the product, so I ordered again... well, come to find out, Kleenex offers this one (which is misleading by saying "Premium Absorbency"), and the Kleenex ULTRA Soft. They look the same, but 100% not. So I can see the value in the stiff/hard option (like if making crafts or painting small projects or for mechanic shops where you use oil), but this is NOT what I wanted. I was fooled because these are the same price (maybe even more), and looks like same packaging (I am sure it might be different, but when you are confident in what you are buying, you don't inspect the details... I knew I was ordering the Kleenex hand towels). I wish I could have received a refund or returned these... I just placed another order for the Soft Absorbent ones, but it took me a while because of the price (I just bought the huge box a few months ago). Bottom line, read what you are purchasing, they are both Kleenex, and both good product if you know what you are buying... me, I needed the Ultra Soft Absorbent, I thought I was buying that... instead I bought the "Premium Absorbent" thinking it was the same thing... LOVE the Ultra Soft! I wish they would change something so people don't make this mistake... seems from the reviews, this mistake is made all of the time.I wish Amazon would bring it up to Kleenex to somehow make a distinction between the two... I wish I could get my (about) $50 from the box of hard stiff kleenex premium absorbency that I will have to give away... maybe to a local school for art class :)

Although, you receive more towels per box, they are not soft at all. They are durable, and become softer, when wet. For example, you can't use it to wipe off make up or wash your face, unless you wet it, first. They are perfect for drying your hands, although a little rougher, but they do not break apart. The first pull, if you don't grab by both sides, will tear a piece off in the middle, so you have to pull towel out with both hands. They absorb water and other liquids well, but not extremely well. I was using the smaller, 60 count Kleenex hand towels, which are much softer and absorbent, and can be used on the face and body, but they became out of stock.

The hand towels are excellent for quick clean-ups in the restrooms or small spills. I prefer these to the similar product made by Kimberly Clark, which are the same size but softer, as they will not break down as quickly. So it is the same age-old decision = strength or softness. As in toilet tissue, kitchen paper towels, and these hand towels, you just cannot have both. It is either a rough surface but strong, or a soft surface and breaks down quickly.

At first I was disappointed in these towels because they weren’t soft. Now I love them. I always have a box in each of my bathrooms. They are excellent for drying hands. No more sharing hand towels. I even use them to pat dry my face. They are a little pricey but they are great.

These are not what I expected them to be. They are rough and scratchy. Not what I would describe as a hand towel and not what I would put out for guests. The box looks just like the box that the nice soft towels came in. They are not absorbent either, as the description states.Update on 6/26/20. I have changed my review to 3 stars from 2. The towels stand up to cleaning. I am now glad that I have them, but I will not be using them for a general paper towel, which was my original intention.
