I used to grow my own catnip, so I can appreciate the convenience of being able to buy the same quality that I would create myself. It has to be dried well, then finely crushed up and sealed into opaque bags to keep air and light from spoiling the volatile oils.I can tell from my 3 cats' reactions that Kitty City knows and employs the best practices to create this el primo catnip.They even put a moisture absorber packet inside, and I love the can it comes in with a cool lid. It's little details like that, that let you know you're dealing with a quality company.Now that my cats have given this first test of a new catnip a big paws-up, I may just start a subscription so they'll never run out.So instead of growing catnip, I'll grow some kitty grass for them to munch on, which is tons easier.

I'm not sure if this listing is deliberately confusing, or if there are issues with translation. Either way, when the title says "silvervine" "spray" and "3-pack" of something left undefined, I was expecting something more than a small tin of catnip. The catnip is not bad in and of itself. I don't think there's a lot of it, but the pricing is not that high. There are three cups. Supposedly. I did not measure them myself, and I do think they are rather fluffed up bits of green. The weight is not given which would be helpful. I will tell you that there is absolutely no "silvervine" listed anywhere on the label. My cats have responded with enthusiasm in the past to silvervine as well as valerian. The latter of these two was not promised by this seller, but I do think that the reference to silvervine was to bait the customer into thinking it would be coming their way. There is absolutely no spray included. I was hoping for the spray to try using on toys. Also not included were any toys, although in fairness, they never really said there were toys, only that you can put the catnip on the toys. But that was one more selling word bantered around. I really don't like feeling manipulated. I did call Amazon's customer service about this listing and they promised to report it. I think the catnip itself is okay for the money, but I won't reward sellers who manipulate buyers with untrue elements with more than one star. Just be aware, a tin of catnip is all you get. And I don't think there's all that much in the can.

this is the best cat nip i have purchased so far my cats love it and wont leave the can alone they knock it off shelf and try to open it all the time i have to hide the can just so they will leave it alone until they find it again. only problem is it is a bit hard to open the can (frustrating) but then maybe thats good since they wont leave it alone
