Faucet delivered late, ordered 13-Dec and delivered 22-Dec. Parts were missing from the Diverter valve and Kingston Brass will not honor warranty. Faucet looks nice, but diverter valve leaks due to missing parts. Note the Pop-up valve is NOT included with the set even though it is pictured. I had to order separately. I will never again order from Kingston Brass.

This is a great bidet faucet that has everything you need to install on most vertical jet bidets. It is solid brass or copper throughout it's construction and considering it's less than half the cost of other faucets it's amazing! It does not install itself and as with any non-standarized plumbing fixture you have to be somewhat handy to complete the install but it's really not that difficult. This was my first time installing a bidet and it went fine. I installed it on a toto piedmont bidet and the holes in the deck for the hot and cold taps and mixing valve are not aligned. Because of this I was only able to use the supplied 3/8" copper tubing for one of the connections from the cold tap to the mixer. This had to be shortened about 1/2" (see photo) but is easy to do with any tubing cutter ($10 at any hardware store). In another review someone complained that this is an issue with the faucet set - it's not, it allows for installation on many different bidets. For the other line between the hot tap and the height of spray the alignment was way off due to me rotation the mixing valve slightly to allow for the cold to mixing line. I happened to have some soft 3/8" copper tubing laying around so I used a bending spring (again $10-$20 tool) to bend a loop and hook it up (see photo). It would be easier with a 3/8x3/8 faucet supply line of maybe 12" length but I didn't have one of those on hand. Other than that slight complication this set works great on my bidet. I have average water pressure (don't know in PSI but feels average) and the vertical spray is about 18" on full blast, to reach the rim you need about 3".Bottom line: it's a good reasonably priced set that even if you know nothing about plumbing will be able to install if you sub in some braided 3/8" faucet lines for the 3/8" copper and even that is not needed in most situations.

Seem like very high quality. However in full disclosure bought for our nee house that we aren’t done building yet so not installed. Think we will be very pleased. Will update later if not.

Decsent product. Weird direction on handles but it will work well on a bidet. Better than my previous robinetterie.

Good quality but instructions poor. Mention of need for plumber based on straight copper tubing needs to be cut to fit and soldered fittings had to be bent to line up.
