I bought this when we went out of town in case we needed someone to come by and check on our house.It took me a few try’s to get the passcode set up on it but once I got that figured out the product has been great. The storage area has a decent amount of space while the lock isn’t too obvious. We locked ours to the back door handle and it’s stayed there for the last two months. It’s easy to use and I don’t think anyone would have issues using it. I would recommend this product to others

Lock was easy to set combo. It has alignment markers to make it easy to work combination. I bought two. Very sturdy. Nice looking lock. Came quick! Recommend!

This item is a decent size and pretty strong. It would take some time and noise to really break it open in order to get the keys and get into your house, people will already notice something odd is going on. Changing the code was a piece of cake. Totally recommend.

Got this to store my safe key small convenient the build quality is strong size is good as it hangs off my clothing bar in wardrobe easy to set up with instructions it will definitely keep your key safe definitely worth the price although you could fit multible single keys in this you could not put a bunch in them and as for car key no chance but great for what I needed 😊

This is the best such lock I've ever had. Ideal for 2 or 3 keys. It's smooth locking and does not take up excessive space hanging from, for example, the knocker. Workmanship is top-notch. Very easy to set the lock. Well-made and compact.

I love this lock. It's heavy not cheap. Easy to read instructions and it also has a video to show you how to set it. It's large enough to put 4 or 5 keys in the slot. Great for emergencies. So far l love it. Will see how it holds up in the winter with the snow. I think l will put Vaseline on the Combination when it starts snowing so they won't freeze. I recommend seller. It came quick and well packaged.

I set this up for a FSBO at my home. I was hesitant at first, from the mixed reviews, but it was reasonably priced and looked like it had good capacity. I read the directions that came with it, followed them (not difficult), and set my combo. One of the reasons I chose this one was the ability to change combos; very important when using a lockbox. I will change frequently if needed.It was easy for the agent to use; I did mark the location of the pin (where you should look for the numbers) with a pink wax marker to make sure she was doing it right. Otherwise it would be confusing; it’s right on the side, and there’s a subtle raised black mark, but it’s subtle. Pink marker made it un-subtle, and it all went smoothly from there. She did say she had trouble locking it back, but I didn’t have any trouble when I tried. In my experience, realtors are careless about putting things back with any lockbox. I found this out with my agent’s box in another sale, when the viewing agents would forget to put the plate back securely, or would not spin the dials afterward, or wouldn’t even bother to lock the door on their way out. So, I don’t take her complaint seriously, especially after I did it myself with zero issues.It didn’t fit my key on a chain. I was surprised, since it says it has more capacity. I put the key onto a smaller keychain, and it worked; I think keys on chains are easier to grip and use, but if you want to leave bare keys, it should hold at least three.Try it. It’s got a decent return policy. That’s why I did, and I’m happy so far. It feels sturdy, and the dials are good. I don’t think it could stop a bolt-cutter, but for a normal, non-high-security purpose like house showings, it seems just right.
