If you make city chicken, or other stuff on a stick these are great....remember to soak them in water for 30 min before use so they don't burn....

I'm afraid they were too thick for my purposes - cupcake toppers. I probably can use them for some of my designs, but they just seemed too heavy for others. Out of proportion to the size of what I do, but I'm guessing if you need a good quality pick for things like fruit, meat or hors d'oeuvres, these will work fine. Keep in mind they're only 4.5 inches, but they are definitely much nicer than my usual, thinner skewers that are not as consistent in size.

I use these in my DIY COOKIE boxes as disposable bamboo decibels and I absolutely love them! They are sturdy & pointy which helps so much when moving the icing. I actually use these to decorate cookies myself rather than my fancy metal scribe. Great buy! & great price!

If you are using this for a craft project and you are relying on the diameter listed to choose a drill, you will have to check all of them and order twice what you need because at most (half) will meet the spec. I figured that would be the case so I was prepared. Needed press fit for bamboo rain stick. Had just enough!
