From the moment I unpacked it to setting it up, I was very impressed. The packaging was well done protecting the cooler/refrigerator from any damage. I placed it on a stainless-steel table, waited 3 hours then turned it on. Within 5 to 6 minutes, it reached my set point of 54 degrees. Set up was extremely easy and it's appearance was that of a more expensive unit. The temperature is accurate and constant. Needless to say, I am very happy with my new wine cooler/refrigerator.

Originally I had a review which said that the unit was noisy. It is true it takes a few hours for it to settle in, but starting this morning, it’s whisper quiet. You actually can’t hear it if you’re standing right in front of it. So I am saying you can buy with confidence. Looks good in person.

I had a wine chiller from this same brand for many years, so when this one became available, I ordered it right away. I thought it was just the modern updated version of the one that finally stopped working when we moved 2 years ago. I do love the optional light feature to make it easier to see what bottle your grabbing and the digital controls. It fits a whole case of normal sized wine bottles well & gets cold pretty fast. The only thing I don't like is the constant hum - a little louder than my other larger chiller. It's not too bad but these days, almost all appliances are nearly silent, except when the compressor is running, this is not true for this chiller, so I think the price point is a little high. Otherwise, it looks really nice and works great - I recommend.

I got the replacement wine fridge for the one I had to return. The replacement wine fridge works awesome and doesn’t make the odd noises and get hot like the one I had to return. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that Amazon would not exchange it. I had to return the first one and had to buy another wine fridge which is working fine. I was excited to get this wine fridge. I plugged in the wine fridge and started to cool down. After about sixty seconds it started to make an intermittent buzzing sound plus after the temperature of the fridge got to the set temperatures I programmed in it would turn on about every five minutes make the intermittent buzzy sound and I noticed that the sides got really hot. I decided to exchange the wine fridge for another one but Amazon would not do it. I had to return the wine fridge and buy another of the same one. I will update my review after I get the new one. As of right now not a happy customer.
