This cover is thick and well made. The velcro is strong and the added grommets are heavy duty. The velcro goes all the way across the bottom and all the way up one side. Exilent size for my needs. Looks to be plenty of insulation made from quality materials. The 24x30 is as advertised. This should provide protection for most larger back flow preventers. It dosen't mention if it should be removed over the summer, but mine is on the north side of house that sees less intense sunlight. It should last many years.

I got this to wrap some pipes in my well house. Although we have a space heater for hard freezes it was running constantly. Adding this insulated cover was a simple way to protect the pipes if we were to lose power and conserve energy by allowing me to switch the heater to a lower setting. This version is split on one side making it easier to get it around an oddly shaped configuration of pipes. The material is durable and flexible so I was able to pull it under some pipes closer to the floor of the well house for a snug fit. I did not want to wrap the pipes with tape and other insulation materials because if I needed to access the pipes, all of that material and time would be wasted.

I had a smaller version of this one and decided I needed to try something else as it wasn't providing the protection I needed. This works much better and gives me plenty of room to wrap the pipes inside and then use this as a second protective layer. I really like the easy open and reseal of the velcro as we are using it to cover the fill lines to our pool so we need to access it frequently even in freezing temps in order to add more water to the pool.

Nice and heavy, thick insulation, quality piece with Velcro closure. Installed over the sprinkler vacuum break on my new house. More than big enough. I probably could have ordered a smaller one. Eyelets are perfect to secure it with a few zip-ties. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a little bit too large of a size for our well pump lines, but we are making it work! This thing has great stitching, the Velcro was difficult to undo, which is great for the wind we get up here! When and if that Velcro ever wears out, those grommets to tie it on will come in handy. I was really shocked at the thickness And quality fabric on this item. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend!

Covers my sprinkler backflow pipes perfectly. The old one was cracked and rotted. This one looks to be much better quality and fits great. It has Velcro to seal it on 2 sides, or bottom and a side. It's got a nice insulated inside with a strong protective outer covering to protect against the elements. It looks good and fits good, hopefully I don't have any more problems with freezing weather!
