This paper towel dispenser works well (not jamming like the last one we had - which was a cheaper lesser brand) and looks great.

I loved the quality of the product! I was surprised how nice it was for the price! I bought other type before and the napkins would get stuck in the unit and they looked cheap. This one has an automatic quick napkin cutter that is fantastic! no wasted paper! I give it a BIG 10 RATING! :-)

Great product. I own bars , lounges. I had the stacked paper before and patrons could pull ten at a time in a second. These Kimberly Clark dispensers allow 1 to 2 sheets. One roll lasted a long time.Definitely a money saver, time saver....and its cheaper than supply store on amazon.I just bought the big paper roll from the local supply store and it fit. Easy load in.Ill likely add one of these to my kitchen at home and possibly even the shared bathroom at home so no cross contamination . No brainer. Thanks KIM.

I love this (not-so) little guy!Where I work, none of the labs / workspaces have paper towel dispensers (probably so facilities doesn't have to replenish them...)These guys were easy to mount for anybody with any modicum of handiness, sturdy, sanitary, and easy to maintain and use with no unnecessary electronicsy / blinky crap. Maybe it's sacrilegious to say that since we're a bunch of electronics techs / engineers, but not everything needs batteries, LEDs, or motors. It just needs to work well, and this absolutely does it: paper towels are cut to length (I don't think it's adjustable) every time, you don't have to touch anything other than the one paper towel you want to use, and I've never seen any of these jam.I know that they're well-built, because they were rolling (har har) along just fine in our washrooms seemingly forever, before the-powers-that-be migrated to the "better" (and pricier) version of this dispenser with the motorized feed mechanism (09992?) where you have to wait around for the next towel to feed (for when you actually do need a second or third towel). That version also needs 4 D-Cells, oh and BTW, takes K-C paper with special cores. I don't know the full economics of it, nor what kind of deal they've got in place, but I like not being vendor-locked (yes, the 09996 takes standard 8" wide 1.75" inner core diameter rolls)That said, it's not completely perfect: thin paper towels (like the Cascades 8" brown craft paper ones we buy out of the coffee collection fund) may not cut through completely (it does when you yank faster / harder, so leave some space under the dispenser), the stub roll feature has been a little hit-or-miss (does not always seem to pick up the full roll at the end of the last, though that could be user error), and there's only one key (but you can pop the buttons at the back of the unit to turn it into an easy-open dealie--good if you don't have to worry about pilferage).I'd definitely buy them again. My only regret is that I didn't have the foresight to snag the ones that were being pulled out of the washrooms (and presumably land-filled) when I had the chance to do so! That said, price has gone up a bit since I placed the order (or perhaps they're just not as discounted anymore!)

This thing rocks, If you use super thin towels you may have a problem pulling out a towel with wet hands, We use this in a commercial Kitchen instead of standard paper towel rolls, we use the Kimberly-Clark Professional Towels #01000 Half inch core x 1000 ft hardwound towels for this purpose. It cuts them at about 12 inches long and it works very well with these towels. In our bathrooms we use the Kimberly-Clark 09992 battery powered unit because we have a septic system so we must us thin towels in that area because as normal some customers will flush some down the toilet and thick towels could clog the system. That unit has no problem dispensing thinner towels, If you have City Sewer you should have no problem using this with the #01000 towels. Please note, this may work well with your septic system using thicker towels, it just didn't work well with our's. You can pull thinner towels through this unit, it just takes a little care, we use this in out employee bathroom with the thinner towels without much problem, one can always use the manual feed to start another towel in one needs to, It just a matter of preference. Is a quality product and will last for years.
