I got this for my 6 year old. This is nothing like this picture. It also said it was hopeless. This is not the case in the one I received. This is a simple two hoop petticoat. It has 2 hoops and no kind of tule like the picture shows. It is simply satan and two hoops and a string not velcro like the picture. I will be returning this since this is not at all what I was expecting or looking for.

I looked and looked for a crinoline that would work for my daughter who is in 3T clothing. It was almost impossible to find something that would make clear the sizing. This one is PERFECT! It fit her without any alterations needed. She is going to be a flower girl next month and we wanted to floof up the dress. This did just that. She loved it and it didn't scratch her since we put the scratchy part on the outside. Highly recommend!

We bought these crinolines for our two granddaughters who are really into the 50’s. They were introduced to the Rock n Roll era during decade day at school, and they begged me tomake them poodle skirts. They looked so cute in them without the crinoline, but when they got the poofy look they never went back! If you buy these, remember that the net side goes AWAY from the skin or It will be itchy and uncomfortable. Enjoy!
