Nice vest but too big for an average 7 year old, even with adjustments. The shoulders were falling off.

This tactical vest is advertised for youth. I am 5’1, 105 lbs adult and this vest and it fit me good. The material is durable and the adjustable sides are great. This vest also has pockets to insert plates. Overall not a bad vest just doesn’t really have storage. You will have to purchase additional pouches to attach.

Purchased for my son who is 12 years of age. It fits on the larger scale but still appropriate. He likes to play paint with a few of his friends and reports that the vest works well in protecting him from the impact of the paint balls as well as gives him molle attachment spots for other gear.
