Bought it 5 days ago for my 3 year old son, doesn’t work at all now. My son never used it alone to break it and only used it for 3 days. When I went to see what was wrong with it being a prior phone/ tech salesmen, I couldn’t even swipe up to unlock screen to get to settings. Had to press hard and I’m talking force to get it to even unlock to main screen, and thank goodness I was the one doing that because with that force the screen broke and shattered into my finger. It is not as durable for kids as they say because It should not have shattered like it did. my tablet (another brand) doesn’t even break when ive drop it. So I personally have never had as many issues with buying a tablet off Amazon but highly don’t recommend buying this one. I guess I got what I paid for this time. However, it was easy to return and I got my refund back on Amazon gift card as soon as i dropped it off at ups.

We love them, buy they come with a built in app that you have to disable to be able to get to other apps freely. They are kinda fragile too. But at the price it's not a problem. I have replaced 2 of 3 from them banging it on the floor and couch.

I waited a couple months to write a review It works well for my 4yr old. He can navigate it very well. It took a few hours with set up and installing all the apps you want on it. I'm glad I charged and set up before I gave it to him for his birthday otherwise would be very impatient and mad that it wasn't able to be played right away. About a week after not being able to return the volume down button no longer works, so in order to turn it down I have to go into settings to do so. Besides that happy with it, 3 stars due to small storage, takes a bit to load and or lag and volume button. Otherwise good value for your money, looks cute and is very durable. Glad he has his own device and leaves mine alone. Just make sure you have apps that can be played offline or Hotspot when out and about.
