I bought this shirt for my Autistic son who was going to dress up as an Army soldier for a child's birthday party. My son is very sensitive to how clothing feels and this shirt did not disappoint. This long-sleeved t-shirt looked really good with his classic camouflage pants too. I'd recommend buying this shirt, however, check your child's measurements well (unlike me). His shirt was a bit roomy on him, which isn't a bad thing necessarily, as it gives him space to grow.

I got this for my 6 year old daughter. She is slim - about 45" tall and a little over 40lbs. We have the Small(5-6). This t-shirt fits very strangely on her. It's very wide in the chest. She has like batwings under the arm pits and the shoulders are too large. The arms are also not fitted. The neck, length of sleeves and shirt, and width of the shirt at the waist are all normal. I think this is cut for a child who is bigger in the chest and shoulders and probably more of a traditional "boy" sizing/cut. It is a soft 100% cotton mid-weight shirt. It's soft and the material is comfortable. It machine washes and dries with no fading or shrinking. We have the black version and it's still a true black after washing and doesn't seem prone to fading. I'd recommend this if the fit sounds right for your child.
