UPDATE: The seller reached out to remedy the situation, which has allowed us to get a replacement phone. No product is perfect and I understand that defective products happen from time to time. Thankfully this seller stands behind their product.This was a really fun phone for my kid, but after using it for about 3 months, it no longer turns on. Tried different chargers, tried resetting it, everything, but it just no longer works.

This is a cute little phone for my 5 year old. I bought it as one of her Christmas gifts. I do think it was a little tough getting the songs to transfer to the phone. You have to convert your itunes songs to MP3 songs. I only put a few on the phone due to the headache of trying to convert the music. If you use something other than itunes it may be easier. It makes noise, has a little camera (that's fine for a 5 year old) has some games and the music is a big bonus for my little one. I may look for an alternative if I hadn't already bought it. But i'm not completely dissatisfied with it.

Bought the pink one for my 2 yr old daughter and the blue one for my 5 yr old son for Christmas and out of the box they worked great, no more sophisticated than the old iPod nanos but they really enjoyed them. The pink one had 1 bar of power so it died first and it will not take a charge from the supplied cord or any other charger we have. My son's died about an hour after my daughters and when I plugged it in it did light up with the "welcome" message but it froze on that welcome message and will no longer function at all. Going to be returning them , stay away they are junk.

No idea why this is marketed as a phone, but when I told my daughter she wasn't old enough for one, she saved her money and bought this. She seems to have a blast taking pixelated photos and playing with the apps, so it clearly meets her expectations. The dual cameras and games keep her entertained, and it’s great that it includes a lanyard and some fun features like wallpapers and voice recording.That said, it’s not a phone—it doesn’t allow kids to make calls. It’s more of a toy with some added learning features, and for the price, it works well for what it is. If you’re looking for a fun and safe device for kids that’s not an actual phone, this is a solid choice. Just don’t expect smartphone-level performance

This girls unicorn phone makes a great gift! It was smaller than I thought it would be but it works for me daughter. It came with charger, screen protector and case. It also has directions.The battery life is good. It kept my daughter entertained for hours she took 200 photos and multiple videos the first day it plays music and reads stories to them. It has more I would of thought I would get more fir the price though.

Unfortunately the phone no longer turns on. We have tried charger after charger and cannot get the phone to turn on. My daughter is so upset and I wish there was a better outcome.
