Very nice. Bought 2 for the grandchildren so they could have patio chairs just like their parents :)

I didn't want my 3.5 year old and 16mo to fight over the one plastic chair we had and I didn't want them to climb on the adult ones, so I got two of these. They were perfect! Took about 15 minutes to assemble one and was pretty straight forward. Feels stable and solid.

I was looking for some seating to put out by the Little Free Library I had installed in our front yard. The lawn is sloped by the LFL, which made a bench uncomfortable and impractical to sit on. I thought that the sloped seat of an Adirondack style chair might address that issue. I had already found an adult sized chair but I really wanted a smaller one for kids to use, too. This chair was easy to assemble, and is very light weight. However, I have found that over time, the screws do have a tendency to get loose and I have to retighten them periodically. I'm also concerned that the unfinished wood will eventually begin to splinter, so as the natural cedar coloring begins to fade, I expect that I will probably prime and paint this to help prevent the wood from cracking and splintering.

This past summer, my toddler was eyeing our adult Adirondack chairs. When I saw this kid's version, I knew I had to get it to match ours.I used a power screwdriver to assemble all the pieces which made it much easier. All parts and screws were provided for a painless 20mins install. This chair is made of cedar wood that should be re-stained yearly if kept in the sun. I might paint it to match our adult version in a few years.

This Wooden Adirondack Chair sized for kids was a great addition to our porch. My estimation is that it would probably fit ages 2-10. It is surprisingly wide (in a good way) at the front, so the limiting factor for sitting comfortably in it is the width between the arm rails. The chair is a lovely, warm red color, and the pieces are well sanded so there doesn't seem to be any splinter risk. The chair arrived with the pieces all well packaged, and construction was surprisingly easy, only requiring about 10 or so screws. You will need a phillips head screw driver or drill bit. However, one important tip for putting this together is you really want to insert and turn the screws enough that they catch in their holes, but then hold off on tightening them any further until you get the rest of the chair put together. If you tighten the first bolts all the way it pulls the armrests in towards the center of the chair and makes it difficult to fit the rest of the pieces in later. So just keep them all loose until all the pieces are connected, and then you can tighten them all down securely. Overall, it took about 10 minutes between opening the package and putting it on the porch!

This was incredibly easy to setup. It comes with 10 bolts I think and 3 screws. The box was flat and all the wood pieces, which were seven pieces, were in the box and well made. It is large enough that my son, 8 and tall, enjoyed sitting in it but my daughter, 4 and average height, was the intended recipient. It was comfortable for my son because it was wide enough for him though he did look large for the seat. There seems to be a stain applied to the surface of this chair, while good looking, I found it may have been a bit too liberal and took away from the natural cedar look. That is my only caveat for this chair though. It now joins our hand crafted chairs, we spent a lot more for, and it looks great there.
