Bought as a gift for my great grand baby coming this next month. Also bought for my 2 youngest grand babies and they loved theirs. They would lay and were just fascinated by the star patterns and the music. Would lull them right to sleep.

We’ve tried a few different starlights out for our kids, and have found this one to be most favored. It stays on all through the night unlike others that have auto shut offs after 6-8 hrs, and it’s easy to operate so they can turn it on & choose the star colors themselves.

My daughter absolutely loves watching this at night when she goes to bed. It makes a wonderful nightlight for the entire night as well. We broke the first one because it got pulled off the dresser. Now I make sure I have an extra on hand at all times.

The cord was a bit finicky so it wouldn’t always work and this was right from the start. The top is cheap plastic and can break pretty easily. It was a fun thing but it definitely didn’t last.

This product is made very cheaply. The buttons never did what they said they would do, and they were never consistent. “B” never did the same thing twice. The first night, the brightness was very strong, but then just after the one night, you can’t even see the stars on the ceiling anymore. I do NOT recommend wasting your money on this product.UPDATE: the seller just contacted me offering me $15 to take down my review or increase it to 5 stars. This is precisely why Amazon is going downhill FAST! The product still sucks.

This is a decent light. With the frosted dome on it's not very bright. The dome does not clip/click into place, so it can fall off or be removed easily. The starry dome is made out of thin plastic, like a water bottle. It's easily damaged, which took my 4 year old less than a day to dent. It did pop right back out, but its starting to crack or show lines from her abuse. All in all, it's a good light. It's cheaply made, but is also not expensive, so I think the quality matches the price. I would not buy again, just because I'd rather have a little better quality. But it does the job just fine.
