It comes broken a lot it it wasn't cheap, I bought this my little girl it came broken , now she so upset. Shipping people or company needs be more in, update and no one reached out to me to apologize or to help me

Unlike reviews of other brands this desk and chair came with all the accessories needed to assemble plus all the pieces were encased in plastic for shipping which was a little added assurance. Took me about an hour to fully assemble without difficulty. My grandson liked the drawer and the light (go figure). The desktop works for dry erase markers and erases pretty easily. Happy to have this.

We received this yesterday. Directions could have been written better, but could walk thru it. Very tiny pictures and no sizes to screws. But went together pretty easy. We do have problems with some parts and had to fix them. It is not level, maybe they didn’t put the little holes up and down right, but we do have to put a little coaster under one side, it’s level now, and we hope it will be level as we move up and get older, it is on the lowest level for now. Another issue we had was screws on the chair, for the seat bottom should have had 4 screws with point heads, we only got 3 and one flat head, had to find one out of our spears from other products, which was easy enough. Then the back of the chair the screws would not go in, we realized the screws were right, but they had forgot the step to make the threads, again easy fix if you have the tools, if not you would have to go and buy several different pieces to fix it adding $10 more and a lot of aggravation, we just knew and had all the tools to fix the problems. Without those problems, I would give this all 5s, because it was easy to put together with the right products, it is very sturdy, it is very size appropreiate, it looks great and is very functional.

I got this for our 5yr old grandson and he loves it. It's a perfect size desk and well made for the price. We love the extra little accessories it has like the flexible led light and the different compartments. The colors that is offered are perfect

I bought two. Easy to assemble. Good quality. We like the led the most. The knob is for tighten the top table for adjustment.

How do you guys package your items - is there quality assurance (does there need to be with a mass produced machined item like this)I don’t want to return and wait another 1-2 months for the delivery (:((()But have no choice unless you can send proper left chair leg with holes in correct side for screws..Also the the book holder a little on the cheap size - likewise for the bag holder clip.Instructions were for pink desk which through me off initially.Some items don’t look at like the manual . Have you seen the side is scewdriver you showed. Meanwhile it’s like a plastic Allan keyI exaggeratedYou have until 2 days prior to cut off time to come width. Cheers mate hope

This desk is the perfect size for kids and is easy to adjust as they grow. It was easy to assemble, however the instructions were not the best. They would miss minor things that I would have to redo. I like that they sent extra screws. The desk seems very sturdy. However, the back book holder does not seem that sturdy. The light is a rechargeable and does not have to be plugged in, so I like that. The light is very bright. I would recommend this desk.
