I got this because my son broke both arms in the same week, it’s great for ensuring safe seatbelting to get around the casts. The only thing is that the triangle part keeps unthreading every time seatbelt is not in use, so you have to re-position the belt through it before use and it’s tedious.

The shoulder strap is too big and doesn't stay put. It just slides down and completely useless. The belt sincher works as it should.
