The top is a good, soft, moisture-wicking, athletic material. The top is medium weight fabric. The bottoms feel like cotton and are on the thiner side. I really like the set. I got size 7-8, but my six-year-old can fit into the shorts right now. The waist band is on the smaller side. I think it’s a really good value on for $10. It just may not work for husky children.

The design of this summer short set is stylish, and the tie dye palm leaf pattern looks great. However, the material is quite thin, making it feel a bit cheap and not very durable. It’s lightweight and comfortable for hot weather, but I expected better quality. Decent for lounging, but not the best choice for long term wear.

This shorts set is very cute and it looks nice on my son. He didn’t want to take it off when he tried it on even though it’s February and really cold. The material is soft, stretchy and comfortable. I ordered it in size 5-6T and it fits him perfectly. That’s his normal size so it’s true to size. I took one star off because it has a lot of threads that are just hanging from the material, loose and still attached.

I love the colors of this outfit. It’s true to size and fabric is soft and stretchy. I probably should have ordered a size up but that is my fault as it’s hard to tell which size will fit my grandson. He’s in between a size 6 or 8. It fits for now but not sure for how long he’s going through a growth spurt in clothing and shoes unfortunately. This type fabric doesn’t usually shrink in the dryer and I don’t think it will. We will see when it is washed for the first time. I love the choice of colors offered and the price of the outfit.
