I like the product itself, I have one already and they were starting to fight over it so I ordered a second. This one came in a box that had clearly been opened, it had tape all over it and the items inside were all scattered. Once sorted, it was all there and good enough so I kept it but when I emailed the company (as the insert said to do) they basically said it wasn't their problem. I suppose they are correct but it wasnt very friendly. Anyway, cats do love it, the cups sometimes pop off but you just have to clean the window and tighten it up.

Tengo 5 gatos, y uno de ellos pesa más de 8kg. A veces se suben dos que sumando son aprox 15kg (ver foto). Compré dos de éstas hace 5 años y aún funcionan. Sin embargo, hace poco por ajustar fuerte el tornillo de la ventosa se me partió y no consigo el repuesto. Agradecería si alguien sabe donde puedo conseguirlo me avise. Es por esta razón que compré otra, mientras consigo el repuesto. La foto es de mi gata estrenándola.

The hammock is great and my cats loved it but after 2 years all of the suction cups stopped working. I tried cleaning them, warming them up before re-sticking, cleaning the window, but they just don’t hold anymore. I wish I could replace the suction cups without having to buy an entire new hammock frame because this was my cat’s favorite nap spot

Clings to glass well. Holds my 14# cat when I put him in it. He is not electing to use it yet. (Will try lowering it all the way down to window sill & putting bolster bed in it that he already uses or moving to sliding glass door.

My cats love it! Gets used every day. Very soft top blanket that I just vacuum every now and then. Really sturdy and stays up well. Shortly after this photo was taken one of the suctions fell, but it’s definitely not meant for 2 cats and doesn’t happen with only one up there.

I was so worried about this because my cat is a big boy at 15lbs. I didn’t want it to fall when he got on it and hurt himself or make him scared of it.We secured it above my couch for this reason. But, it hasn’t been a worry! These suction cups are working wonderfully. I saw in another review that if they failed they used heavy duty command hooks, I thought that was a great idea and I decided I would do the same if I needed to. But it’s been a couple months now, I think, and it’s working great.Edit to add: the day after I wrote this, the suction became loose and fell off. 🤦♀️At first he did not get up there by himself, but would lay there for hours if we placed him. It took him about two weeks to start getting up there on his own, and now he uses it at least once a day! I was also worried I would get this thing for my cat and he would snub it. I’m so glad he uses it regularly!

We have 2 in the house and they work great, Sometimes suction seems to loosen and pop off (one at a time), especially in warm weather - but these are the best models of window mount hangers we have tried.Easy to vacuum for hair.

I was skeptical about finding some thing that would be able to hold 12 to 15 pound cats but I needed to be able to find something that would work as a seclusion spot for one of my newly adopted cats.All of my cats are indoor cats but he is taken to stay in close to windows and doors and has a habit of hanging off my back glass door which is not good so I thought maybe by getting a window perch it would distract him and give him a spot to where he can look out the window and nap. This perch has provided just that he absolutely loves it I ordered two and intend on ordering a few more they’re actually quite sturdy and easy to put up but make sure you have decent size window because the spacing between the suction cups is a little wide I was able to work with it to get it to fit but if my window had been any smaller it would not have.I am so glad I made this purchase definitely worth it.I have five cats,In a pretty small house and this provides a little extra space for them to relax and be a cat.

The best cat window perch! Well I don't know if it's THE best because I'm too satisfied with this one to buy another one. The assembly is super easy -- no instructions needed. It comes with 4 suction cups. Two normal ones go on the bottom and two complex ones go on top. The top suction cups are the strong ones that truly keep it on the window. If the complex ones aren't sticking on at first, take them off by untightening the screws and then tighten each one again while pressing the cups against the window. This should work but remember to clean your window beforehand for it to stay on longer!! Another plus is that the fabric can be removed so you can wash it if you need to.Aside from assembly, it is completely cat proof. My cat jumps on it from all angles and it has not popped off of the window. She's an average weight, but she has very powerful jumps so if you're worried about the strength of the suction cups, don't be because they can endure all her energy!As you can see in the pictures, my cat loves it. She loves to look out the window, but the windowsill didn't look very comfortable to me. Ever since I mounted this on the window, it has become her favorite spot in the house and she watches the sun rise with me every morning. Definitely a great purchase!

It's exactly what they advertise it as, a steel frame suction cup mounted cat hammock with a removable cover. It is easy to set up, it stays up, and you can wash the cover.Ours has been up for 7 months now, and used daily by our 12 lb cat. One suction cup has popped off once, so be sure to clean the window before installation and periodically check the tightness of the clamp things. The unit didn't collapse, and our cat remained sitting on the hammock even hanging by one strap.No issues with nylon straps fraying or failing, and the suction cups themselves don't appear to have any damage, but based on other reviews that's still something to keep an eye out for.
