First, a big thanks to the seller. They reached out to me for my bike specs and shipped it from China a day or two later, and it arrived in Canada a few days after that.The display was in perfect shape out of the box, and it only took me about 20 minutes to get it set up on my bike.It's a nice display, very bright and easy to read. Very sleek looking. It's about half the size of a typical smart phone.One of the big reasons I bought it was because my OEM display was stored limited. This one was not. It was for a Biktrix Challenger 2 (same as a Himiway Escape Pro). I had seen several YouTube videos claiming that this would allow the bike to go it's true full potential speed. Sadly, my bike is still limited by the controller and it will doesn't go any faster than before.

Very poor customer service. Hard to get a refund for a product that does not work properly. This site ask for additional information on my E bike before they program the LCD screen. When it gets to me it is supposed to be plug and play. That did not happen.

This arrived 3 days late, but better late then never. I plugged it in and it turned on right away. No issues so far. Seems to be exactly what I needed to replace my broken one. I was emailed from the seller for my bike info so they can program it for my exact bike. They were nice and on top of it. So far, I am happy with this purchase. Would have been 5 stars if I got it when I expected it to arrive. I'm not sure if it was an Amazon or a seller issue. But I got it. ***UPDATE**** I'm happy I received my item, finally. HOWEVER it showed up with a scratch on the top right side of the screen. I'm thinking this was used or poorly mishandle. VERY DISAPPOINTED

As soon as I ordered it, I recieved a message from the seller asking what brand and model bike it was for. They wanted to calibrate the software to match the oem display that I smashed when I crashed the bike. That is customer service. In an age where everything is "DIY" and "one size fits all" with the expectation that you're an expert and can program anything with terribly translated instructions, this was an amazing surprise. Strongly recommend this product (which works flawlessly and looks better than the original) and more importantly, the seller. Kudos to an online bike shop that still acts like the corner bike shop.
